1 · From your drawing. Send a sketch, a dimensioned drawing, CAD or a 3D file. We come back with a quote and, once approved, a physical prototype before any production run.
2 · From your sample. Post us a physical piece — yours or a competitor's — and we will measure it, source matching timber and reproduce it. This is the fastest route when you already know what sells.
3 · From our range, modified. Take an existing style and change the dimensions, interior, hardware, finish or lid design. Cheapest and quickest, because the tooling and process already exist.

This is the core of what we sell. Most of our volume is not a catalogue item — it is something a customer specified.
If you have a piece that already sells — from another supplier, from a market, or your own prototype — post it to us. We measure it, match the timber and hardware, and send you a made sample to compare side by side.
